The Neuro Pioneer Hub Accelerator Programme is designed to empower neurodivergent individuals by equipping them with the skills, tools, and strategies necessary to thrive in entrepreneurship and professional careers. Recognising that traditional business training does not always cater to diverse cognitive styles, this programme takes a strengths-based, inclusive, and accessible approach, ensuring that participants can develop their abilities in ways that align with their unique thinking, communication, and problem-solving styles.
The programme is structured over 20 weeks and divided into four key phases. Each phase is designed to support neurodivergent individuals in their entrepreneurial and professional journeys:
4 weeks
Personal discovery and foundational skill-building
Ideation of a creative tech solution to a real-world problem.
10 weeks
Advanced technical training and business fundamentals
Development of the core business model around the chosen solution.
4 weeks
Industry internship and leadership development
Refinement of the business model incorporating internship insights.
2 weeks
Final project refinement and investor pitching
Finalisation of the business model and pitch deck preparation.
Goal: Help participants understand themselves, their strengths, and how they can navigate the world of business or employment in a way that works for them. This phase focuses on confidence-building, self-advocacy, and structured learning.
Goal: Develop practical business skills tailored to neurodivergent learning styles. Complex topics are broken down into structured, digestible formats.
Goal: Develop leadership, communication, and adaptability skills through mentorship and internship experience.
Goal: Apply learning through live business projects, investor networking, and finalising a refined business model.
Participants are supported through a two-mentor system (2:1 mentor-to-student ratio):
• Business Coach – Focuses on entrepreneurship, strategy, and business model development.
• Skill Coach – Focuses on the participant’s technical or creative expertise.
Mentors guide participants through structured learning, provide individualised feedback, and support business model development at the end of each phase.
Admission into the programme is competitive, requiring:
• Proven Track Record in a Relevant Field – Portfolio of at least 3 completed projects.
• Industry-Level Endorsement – At least one strong recommendation letter.
• Exceptional Commitment to Learning – Minimum 200 hours of documented self-learning or mentorship.
• 72-hour Pre-Programme Challenge – Development of a prototype or pitch solution.
Focuses on cognitive abilities rather than challenges.
Provides low-stimulation environments and multiple communication formats.
Offers flexible approaches to productivity, time management, and business operations.
Prioritises hands-on experience with practical business simulations.
Ensures long-term success with continued mentorship and resources.
