Gowri Subramaniam is an Australian-trained psychotherapist, counsellor, neurodiversity consultant, and certified trainer with over 25 years of international experience spanning corporate, allied health, education, and community sectors across Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, the UK, UAE, and Qatar. Her diverse career combines corporate transformation expertise, including 15 full-cycle ERP implementations, with a deep commitment to mental health, neurodiversity, and inclusive practices.

With specialist expertise in autism, ADHD, psychotherapy, and evidence-based support, Gowri works with individuals, families, educators, and workplaces to foster understanding, wellbeing, and inclusion. Her approach is further enriched by her lived experience as the parent of a neurodivergent child, enabling her to bridge clinical knowledge with practical, compassionate support. Holding a Master of Therapeutic Arts Practice in Psychotherapy and Counselling, she is professionally registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and ANZACATA. Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Tamil, Gowri is passionate about empowering neurodivergent individuals and creating meaningful opportunities for them to thrive at home, in education, and in the workplace.
